South Korean ex-president died as he jumped off a cliff near his rural home on Sathurday after being hounded for weeks in widening corruption scandal involving his family members.His sucide came just 15 months after he left office and just when prosecutors were to announce if they would seek his arrest.Investigation centered on a payment of US$1 million(S$1.44 million) to his wife from a wealthy shoe manufacturer, and another of US$ million by the same man to the husband of one of Mr Row's nieces.
-Opinion- I was very shocked when I heard of this article and it was a very sad article as a citizen of S.Korea. Even though his political rivals scolded him for doing bad job as a president, he was the one who developed korea without any economic recession. If I were he , I would resist public preasure as I am a former president and life is precious. I think we should not think of suicide although the life is not helping us.It is because i think ALL THE PEOPLE HAVE SOME OPPOTUNITY TO SUCCES (If I wrote wrong grammar or wrong usage of the words , please inform me immediately.)
